Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor team performance and deliver regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and progress to management.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to organizational needs.
- Experience in sales, administration, or operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and accountability.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
