Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Monitor team performance and deliver regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and progress to management.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to organizational needs.
  • Experience in sales, administration, or operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and accountability.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
