Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and address challenges.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Support team members in complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 5 years in New capital
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing business needs.
