Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, best practices, and address challenges.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Support team members in complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 5 years in New capital
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing business needs.
