Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. He will manage daily operations, monitor performance, provide training and support, and ensure excellent client communication and conversion rates for Acacia Zone s interior design and finishing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team (direct & telesales) to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Assign daily tasks and follow up on leads, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills.
- Handle key client negotiations and high-value deals when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to improve lead quality.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper follow-up processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure the team delivers a professional and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
