Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assemble, install, and troubleshoot sorting systems and machinery for clients.

Perform equipment maintenance, optimization, and prepare detailed service reports.

Travel to client sites for installations, repairs, and technical support.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project quality and compliance.

Present and demonstrate machinery/automation products to clients at their facilities, events, or offices.

Design customized technical proposals and functional studies to address client needs.

Identify and onboard new clients in key industrial areas (6th of October City, Obour City, 10th Ramadan City).

Build long-term client relationships through clear communication and tailored solutions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and automation advancements.

Conduct technical studies to align company offerings with market demands.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical sales of machinery/equipment OR a hybrid role combining sales and hands-on engineering.

Experience in industrial environments.

Age: 35.

Flexibility for frequent short-term travel across Egypt.

Residency in Cairo or Giza.

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
