Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish the tire trading department and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities to expand the company s tire sales operations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients to ensure a smooth supply chain and high customer satisfaction.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management, timely delivery, and effective after-sales service.
7. Prepare detailed sales performance reports and present regular updates to senior management.
8. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
From 10 to 12 years of experience in the field.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Sales, or any related field
Strong knowledge of tire products, sales techniques, and inventory
management systems. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
