Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct regular training sessions for in-store promoters and sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.

Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals in alignment with Realme s sales strategies.

Evaluate training effectiveness through performance assessments and feedback.

Support new product launches by preparing sales teams with the required technical and commercial knowledge.

Monitor sales performance post-training to ensure consistent improvement.

Coordinate with the sales management team to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Prepare reports on training outcomes, attendance, and team progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in mobile or electronics industry.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Leadership abilities and team management mindset.

Good command of English and Arabic.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
