Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training sessions for in-store promoters and sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals in alignment with Realme s sales strategies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through performance assessments and feedback.
- Support new product launches by preparing sales teams with the required technical and commercial knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance post-training to ensure consistent improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales management team to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, attendance, and team progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in mobile or electronics industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities and team management mindset.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
