Sales Trainer

Client of Career Raiser

Facilitates sales training classes; facilitates non-technical skills training such as customer service and/or salesfor and retail employees,

Assesses participants abilities to apply material and take remedial action when necessary.

Provides feedback to supervisors regarding employees levels of subject/skill mastery

Utilizes learning management system to schedule classes and maintain training records

Proctors exams

Serves as a mentor to other team members, providing instruction, support and direction

Sets up and maintains training facilities and equipment

Works on regularly scheduled days as well as unscheduled days and beyond regular work hours as required

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or equivalent preferred

Skill in using a Windows-based computer

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Demonstrated ability to make professional presentations and facilitate group processes successfully

Demonstrated ability to interact and relate positively with people of diverse experience, education, culture and age

Demonstrated expertise and experience in areas of instruction

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service to internal customers

Demonstrated ability to utilize critical analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving concepts and practices

Demonstrated ability to take initiative with regard to work and challenges

Demonstrated ability to organize time and work efficiently

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others

Ability to mentor and assist class participants

Ability to coach and mentor other trainers

Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision
