Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the role
Salesforce Administration
- Manage and maintain Salesforce configuration, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types
- Administer data imports, updates, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Monitor system usage, adoption, and performance; proactively identify areas for improvement
Business Support & Optimization
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions, issues, and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance and executive reporting
- Support lead, opportunity, account, and pipeline management processes
Automation & Enhancements
- Design and maintain automations using Flow, process automation, and approval processes
- Assist in testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and system updates
- Evaluate and manage Salesforce AppExchange applications and integrations
Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce users
Qualifications
- 2 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Skills
- Technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
- Deep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) processes.
- Integration and API fluency.
- Data governance and quality management.
- Cross-system workflow design.
- Project management and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work independently and in partnership with GTM teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 2 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required or in progress
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations teams
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud (Service Cloud a plus) and Revenue Cloud
- Experience with integrations (e.g., marketing automation, support tools, financial systems)
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator)
- Experience working in a scaling or fast-paced environment
