2. Key Responsibilities

A. Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the architecture and blueprint for Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce 360 implementations.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines, identity resolution models, harmonisation layers, and golden profile configurations.
• Define scalable data models supporting CDP, customer 360, and agent experience use cases.
• Develop architectural frameworks, reference architectures, and integration guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.

B. Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

• Configure data ingestion, transformations, unification rules, identity matching, and insights models.
• Design real-time and batch data flows from ERP, CRM, MDM, DWH and third-party systems.
• Implement data activation for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and external channels.
• Build customer segmentation, propensity models, insights dashboards, and unified profiles.
• Enable Data Spaces, Data Graphs, and Zero Copy architecture (where applicable).

C. Agentforce 360 / AI Agent Automation

• Architect the Agentforce 360 platform including workflows, knowledge integration, agent automations, and intelligent routing.
• Integrate Agentforce with CRM, Knowledge Base, Telephony, Bots, MDM, and external data sources.
• Configure generative AI models, prompts, guardrails, and operational guidelines.
• Implement conversational intelligence and agent assist capabilities.

D. Integration & Data Management

• Design integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, streaming).
• Ensure data quality, lineage, stewardship, and governance alignment across platforms.
• Partner with MDM & DWH teams for unified customer master data.
• Define security, privacy, and access control across clouds and orgs.

E. Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, data engineers, and integration teams.
• Review solution design documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and operational readiness for production.

3. Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience including architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
• Agentforce / Service Cloud / Omni-Channel
• Salesforce Integration (Mulesoft, APIs, Events, Connect)
• Experience with identity resolution, data unification, data models, and CDP architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, sharing model, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (SAP/Oracle), MDM, DWH, and Data Lakes.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and marketing activation workflows.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale conversational or AI agent solutions.

• Ability to lead multi-vendor, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines.

5. Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems,or equivalent.
