You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. A keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities will be critical to your success in this role. Your activities will involve detailed process analysis, comprehensive requirement gathering, and fostering effective communication among cross-functional teams. Furthermore, continuous improvement through ongoing system enhancements and optimizations will be central to this position.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for Salesforce implementation.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to inform Salesforce project decisions.
• Facilitate the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Support and mentor users to enhance Salesforce utilization and adoption.
• Develop detailed Salesforce project plans and track progress against them.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance in Salesforce projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce strategies and processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with development teams to finalize system enhancements and custom solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in Salesforce implementations or upgrades.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms and their functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant preferred.
