Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will interface into the different areas of the business, and be responsible for building out the requirements & roadmaps for a customer experience transformation through their Salesforce CRM, covering Lead Management, Campaign Management, Loyalty, Point of Sales, and more.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Salesforce
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Excellent communication an ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders
- Strong in requirements elicitation and analysis
- Experience designing business requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models
