Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide application maintenance and support (AMS) for Salesforce environments.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of Salesforce hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce AMS support, configuration, and customization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Bangalore.
