Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions, including CRM, B2C Commerce, and Marketing Cloud, ZOHO.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and system integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Ensure seamless data migration, third-party integrations, and automation of business processes.

  • Develop high-quality, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Provide technical support, user training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

  • Optimize system performance while ensuring adherence to security standards and compliance best practices.

  • Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of Salesforce environments by leveraging new features and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Implementation Specialist.

  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, B2C Commerce, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, system integrations, and process automation.

  • Salesforce certifications (Developer, B2C Commerce, Marketing Cloud) are highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • With more than 2 years of experience
