Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do
  • Ensure all projects are recorded in the CRM correctly and feature all supporting information to bill and collect
  • Manage the control process and ensure that all Sales Orders are generated in line with internal policies
  • Manage registration of new clients for X clients.
  • Ensure the Sales Team is operating within company compliance requirements in providing documentation to support each project.
  • Control and regularly update CRM data
  • Collaborate closely with Credit Risk analysis
  • Support and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams from different regions globally
  • Respond to high volumes of emails, and prepare reports when required
What You Need For This Role
  • Min 2 to 3 Work experience in Salesforce / Sales Admin, Collections, Billings or Finance departments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • CRM/Workflow tools usage experience a plus (Salesforce desirable)
