Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties:

Assist customers in identifying required spare parts.

Provide product details, price, and availability.

Prepare quotations and invoices for customers.

Upsell related products to increase sales.

Maintain records of customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the warehouse for item availability and delivery.

Cashier Duties:

Handle daily cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.

Maintain accurate billing and receipts.

Balance cash register at the end of each shift.

Report discrepancies, if any, to the branch accountant or supervisor.

Ensure safe handling of cash and timely deposit to the company account.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of auto spare parts.

Customer service and communication skills.

Computer proficiency (especially billing software or ERP).

Basic accounting or cashiering skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in sales or cashiering (preferably in auto spare parts).

Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
