Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell tires to dealers, retailers, and fleet customers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper product availability
- Collect market feedback and report on competitors activities
- Follow up on customer accounts, payments, and collections
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in tire sales or automotive industry (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills
Good knowledge of the local market and customer network
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Valid driving license
