Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Atyab's product offerings.
- Effectively present and promote products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet company objectives.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Supervisor.
- Collect and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Employ inventory management techniques to anticipate customer needs, optimize stock levels in the van, and minimize backorders or overstocking.
- Maintain sufficient stock in the van to fulfill requirements of customers.
- Identify and engage new customers in remote locations, expanding Atyab's reach and market penetration.
- Conduct efficient sales interactions, closing deals with end users/consumers and exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure all required documentation, including invoices and delivery notes, is completed efficiently.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Supervisor on sales performance and market feedback.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Supervisor on market dynamics and customer needs.
- Secure accurate and timely cash collections, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company cash handling procedures.
- Plan and execute daily sales routes efficiently to maximize coverage.
- Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor for route optimization and adherence to schedules.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with pricing structures, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate complete accountability for the entrusted inventory in the van.
- Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize inventory discrepancies, identify and report any losses or damages promptly, and take necessary corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional sales training is a plus
Experience:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Special Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for order processing and documentation
Business Understanding:
This position requires a low level of business understanding
