Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell spare parts for kitchen and restaurant equipment, maintaining existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, enter invoices, and manage data using accounting or sales software.
Coordinate with the maintenance and inventory teams to ensure availability and timely delivery of parts
Provide basic technical support to customers to help them identify and select suitable spare parts.
Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company sales policies and terms.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and inventory status.
Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in sales (experience in spare parts or equipment sales is an advantage but not mandatory).
Good computer skills, including invoicing and quotation preparation.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE residence visa required.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
