Roles & Responsibilities

Sales and customer relations. 

  • Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Identify the customer's needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Advising on sizes, styles, colors and trends.
  • Make sales and encourage additional sales.
  • Building customer loyalty through quality service.
  • Handle simple complaints and, if necessary, direct them to the appropriate manager.

Shelf stocking / Merchandising

  • Receive and store the items.
  • Ensure the labeling and hanging of the products.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the store.
  • Restock the shelves.
  • Highlight promotions and new products.

Operational management

  • Participate in periodic inventories.
  • Check the condition of the displayed products.
  • Report any breaks or anomalies to the person in charge.
  • Follow the store's internal procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation

  • Minimum terminal level.
  • Commercial or sales training preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in textile or ready-to-wear sales preferred.
  • Motivated beginners accepted depending on profile.

Technical skills

  • Sales techniques.
  • Good product presentation.
  • Use of cash register / payment terminal (preferred).
  • Basic stock management.

Personal qualities

  • Neat presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease in communication.
  • Dynamic and commercially minded.

Residency criteria

  • Candidate's residence preferably near the town of Cheraga in order to facilitate mobility, punctuality and availability.
