Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that direct prospecting is carried out
- Ensure the execution of the (DA) entrusted by the buyers
- Provide on-site support for pilot purchase orders submitted by buyers
- Collect pro forma invoices and quotes
- Submit all collected offers to the buyers
- Monitor the search for new suppliers
- Managing emergency situations in the field
- Ensure the submission of consultation letters to suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the internal regulations and the collective agreement.
