Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass individual sales targets through active customer interaction, identifying needs, and offering relevant products and upsells.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a tailored, welcoming service to every customer, earning trust and building lasting relationships.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Nice one s values and product lineup with professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge at all times.
  • Store Operations: Participate in day-to-day store activities including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on beauty and retail trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in Jeddah to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with fellow team members and management to achieve collective sales objectives and deliver superior customer service.
  • Feedback Gathering: Proactively collect and share customer feedback to support improvements in products, services, and the overall customer journey.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Nice one s operational procedures and sales processes to promote an inclusive, efficient, and safe workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma is required; further education in Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus.

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • A strong customer orientation and ability to engage with diverse individuals and needs.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Residence in Jeddah and eligibility to work locally.
  • Dedication to an inclusive, gender-neutral workplace that embraces diversity.
