Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively welcome and assist customers, providing a friendly and personalized shopping experience that aligns with Niceone s service excellence standards.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Niceone s product range, staying up to date with new brands, promotions, and inventory to confidently answer customer questions and make suitable recommendations.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by building rapport with customers, identifying needs, and closing sales transactions efficiently and professionally.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized in accordance with company guidelines, enhancing the store environment and customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing & Inventory: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges using POS systems, and assist in inventory control through regular stock checks and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperate with fellow team members to achieve store objectives, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and deliver seamless customer service.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and share customer feedback to help enhance operational efficiency and improve product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher; relevant sales or retail certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 2 years of sales or retail experience, ideally in an e-commerce or fast-paced retail setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills for engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic digital tools for sales and inventory management.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven, with a passion for customer service and sales excellence.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy, constantly evolving retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency is an added advantage.
