Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Welcome, assist, and guide customers through their shopping journey, ensuring a friendly and informative experience in-store and online.
• Sales Achievement: Proactively achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Nice one products and solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Nice one s product portfolio, actively keeping up to date with new arrivals and promotions to educate and inspire customers.
• Order Handling: Process customer orders accurately using point-of-sale and e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• After-Sales Service: Support customers with order follow-ups, returns, and queries, providing timely and effective resolutions to foster brand loyalty.
• Store Presentation: Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and keeping the sales floor organized for a seamless shopping environment.
• Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customers and relay insights to management to enhance product offerings and service quality in Jeddah s competitive market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles in Jeddah or KSA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse customer base.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Team-oriented approach with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in using retail POS systems, e-commerce tools, and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; English language skills are an added benefit.
