Oh My Gelato!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
• Sell a variety of premium gelato products including gelato sticks, pints, bonbons, sandwiches, and iced mochis
• Operate the Omega POS system accurately for billing and inventory tracking
• Complete a daily inventory sheet and report stock levels to the management team
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the pop-up stand at all times
• Follow and maintain defrosting and storage procedures for all frozen products
• Restock the display as needed and monitor product presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude
• Assist with setup and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the stand
• Follow company standards and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (experience with Omega is an advantage)
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clean and professional appearance
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
