Key Responsibilities Sales Performance and Exceptional Customer Service in Makkah
- Proactively engage new and existing customers in Makkah to promote our products and services and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, on the phone, and via digital platforms to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, address customer questions, and provide tailored recommendations to meet individual needs.
- Participate in local sales campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events to maximize our market presence in Makkah.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records and document all customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to enhance sales strategies and support the team s objectives.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and trust in our brand.
- Adhere to established sales processes, safety guidelines, and company ethical standards at all times.
