Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers promptly, assess needs, and recommend products and solutions that match customer requirements and company offerings.

  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and accurately to support purchasing decisions.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, relationship building, and follow-up.

  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments securely.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, pricing, and company policies to advise customers effectively.

  • Support visual merchandising, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and loss-prevention procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.

  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support promotions, events, and store objectives.

  • Adhere to all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education is a plus.

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in a similar product category.

  • Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and/or English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a strong customer-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively.

  • Basic numeracy and experience operating POS systems and handling cash or electronic payments accurately.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by store operations.

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting for merchandising tasks.

  • Team-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
