Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate sales by proactively approaching potential customers, presenting product benefits, and converting leads into purchases while maintaining high customer service standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upsell complementary products, and gather feedback to improve offerings.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through effective territory management, pipeline tracking, and prioritization of high-potential accounts.

Manage orders, process transactions accurately, and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Represent the company professionally at store locations, events, and customer visits; maintain product displays and promotional materials as required.

Provide product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Record customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights in the CRM system; report on progress and challenges to the regional sales manager.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotions, share customer feedback, and support local initiatives that drive awareness and sales.

Maintain knowledge of product lines, competitor activity, and local market trends to identify new sales opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and local regulations; promote a positive and inclusive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, or equivalent practical sales experience.

1+ years of direct sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or field sales roles.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.

Basic numeracy and experience handling cash or POS transactions accurately.

Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.

Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to be based in Najran; ability to travel locally as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and present products persuasively.

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive buying experience.

Goal-oriented with good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving ability and resilience when handling customer objections or operational challenges.

Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with mobile devices and common business apps for order entry and communication.

Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English are an advantage.
