Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Keep track of sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
