Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Keep track of sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
