Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcoming, advising and guiding customers in-store or online
Present and promote the products (oud, perfumes, accessories, etc.)
To complete sales and ensure payment collection
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Participate in product presentation (merchandising, window displays)
Managing orders, tracking stock levels, and restocking
Contribute to commercial and promotional activities
Experience in sales or customer relations is appreciated (perfumery, cosmetics, luxury is an asset)
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Dynamic, serious, and persuasive.
