Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth client flow and service delivery.
Manage and motivate the team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to meet performance goals.
Maintain top hygiene and cleanliness standards across all areas of the salon.
Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Track daily sales, monitor stock levels, and manage supplier relationships.
Create and implement marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.
Act as the point of contact for management, clients, and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience (3 5 years) as a Salon Manager or Supervisor in a reputable salon.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff schedules, handle customer queries, and resolve conflicts.
Excellent knowledge of salon services, beauty treatments, and products.
Basic understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and P&L management.
Proficiency in salon software (e.g., Fresh a, Zenoti) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Thai are a plus.
