Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and onboard hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
Monitor staff performance and productivity.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure clients receive high-quality service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Supervise day-to-day salon activities.
Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client flow.
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Support marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Monitor local market trends and competitors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of UAE salon management experience (Mandatory) ✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills ✔️ Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities ✔️ Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory) ✔️ Knowledge of Arabic and/or Filipino language will be an added advantage ✔️ Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills ✔️ Ability to manage daily salon operations, staff scheduling, inventory, customer relations, and sales targets
