Roles & Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hospitality (Core Focus)

  • Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to every guest, recognizing returning clients and anticipating preferences
  • Create a luxury arrival experience (greeting by name, offering refreshments, ensuring comfort)
  • Act as a host and brand ambassador, managing the full guest journey
  • Provide discreet, attentive service to VIP and high-profile guests
  • Maintain a calm, elegant, and professional presence at all times

Bookings & Client Journey Management

  • Manage appointments across phone, WhatsApp, and in-person channels with precision
  • Guide guests through services and recommend treatments in a consultative, experience-led manner
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and optimal flow of daily operations
  • Conduct follow-ups to enhance guest satisfaction and retention

Communication & Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand with a refined, warm, and professional tone of voice
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and with attention to detail
  • Coordinate effectively with therapists and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery

Front Desk Excellence

  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming reception area aligned with luxury standards
  • Ensure refreshments, retail displays, and overall ambiance reflect a premium experience
  • Handle payments and POS systems accurately and efficiently

We are seeking a refinedand service-driven candidate to join our team as a Receptionist. This role goes beyond front desk duties it is about curating a high-touch, personalized guest experience that reflects the brand s luxury positioning.

You will be the first and last impression of Milk & Butter, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, recognized, and cared for.

Nationality Requirement

  • Saudi National (required)

Experience

  • 2 4 years in luxury hospitality, spa, or high-end retail
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within premium environments is highly preferred
