Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct sand testing as per quality standards

  • Perform tests such as moisture content, permeability, green strength, and compactability
  • Monitor sand properties and maintain test records
  • Identify deviations and report abnormalities
  • Support production team in maintaining sand quality
  • Ensure compliance with foundry quality and safety standards
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and testing tools

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / ITI qualification

Sand Testing Certification (Mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry sand testing

Knowledge of sand properties and casting defect prevention

Experience in foundry or casting plant preferred
