Sanitaryware Division Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sanitaryware Division Manager to lead the operations, sales, and business development of a growing sanitaryware division in Qatar. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supplier management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Lead and manage sanitaryware division (sales, procurement, and operations teams)
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
• Develop and implement division strategies aligned with business goals
• Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key clients
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
• Manage procurement, pricing, contracts, and supplier performance
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations
• Ensure product quality, compliance, and market standards
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop division teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8 10 years of experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, or building materials trading
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in sales, procurement, and supplier management
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and business development skills
• Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products and specifications
• Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
