Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex ABAP developments including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Design and develop solutions in SAP S/4HANA environment.
Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Fiori integrations.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and performance standards.
Handle complex integrations using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, APIs.
Support data migration activities using LSMW / Migration Cockpit.
Work closely with functional consultants in FI, MM, HR, WM modules.
Conduct performance tuning and debugging of custom programs.
Provide technical design documentation and architecture recommendations.
Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Mentor junior ABAP developers and guide development standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor/master s degree in related discipline and related experience in the SAP environment
Relevant Certification in SAP ABAP
Extensive hands-on experience in Core ABAP development, including Classical & Interactive Reports and advanced OO ALV reporting.
Developed and enhanced SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms for business-critical processes.
Strong expertise in Module Pool programming and custom dialog transactions.
Implemented system enhancements using User Exits, BADIs, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancement Framework.
Integrated SAP modules using BAPIs, BDC, RFCs, IDOCs, and ALE.
Designed and optimized CDS Views (Core Data Services) for S/4HANA reporting and embedded analytics.
Developed database procedures using AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
Built and exposed services via OData and SAP Gateway, supporting SAP Fiori app integration.
Performed HANA performance optimization, including SQL tuning and code pushdown techniques.
Implemented and supported SAP Workflow solutions across business functions.
Led and supported API-based integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI integration landscapes.
Strong cross-functional understanding of SAP Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and HCM, including SuccessFactors integration.
Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
Good command of Arabic & English.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical skills - Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good numeracy skills.
Well established computing and analysis skills.
Good skills with Microsoft Office and Office 365 products
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
