Roles & Responsibilities

As a SAP Ariba Manager with us, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of SAP Ariba consultants , while supporting our clients in the success of their digital transformation projects. Your missions will be to:

  • Supervise and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants , providing them with guidance, coaching and support.

  • Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects , ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and budget.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and system needs.

  • Design, configure and deploy SAP Ariba solutions , adapted to the specificities of each project.

  • Support and advise clients in the use and customization of their SAP solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders: clients, publishers, internal teams and partners.

  • Contribute to the development of team skills through regular assessments and career monitoring.

  • Ensure technological monitoring of SAP Ariba developments and market best practices.

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and integration of new talent within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent .

  • Proven experience on SAP Ariba , including at least 3 years in a management or team leadership role.

  • Proven experience in designing, configuring and deploying SAP Ariba .

  • Strong project management skills , with a history of successfully completed SAP projects (quality, cost, deadlines).

  • Ability to unite and inspire a team , with strong management and coaching skills.

  • Excellent communication, listening and customer relations skills .

  • Experience in full-cycle SAP Ariba projects (end-to-end).

  • SAP Ariba certification highly appreciated.
