Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing
  • Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules based on business needs
  • Support integration between SAP Ariba and backend ERP systems
  • Work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams
  • Provide functional support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
  • Assist in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and standards
  • Train end users and provide post-go-live support

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in procurement and supply chain solutions.


Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba
  • Expertise in Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P Procure to Pay)
  • Experience in SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA using CIG/PI/PO
  • Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Ariba solutions
  • Knowledge of supplier onboarding, catalog enablement, and invoice management
  • Familiarity with Ariba Network and supplier collaboration processes
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/SAP Activate methodology is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia preferred) is a plus
