Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled female SAP Assistant with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One HANA. The assistant will report directly to high-level management and provide expert guidance, analysis, and support for ERP processes, particularly in procurement, inventory, and manufacturing operations. Fluency in Turkish and English is preferred .


Roles & responsibilities

  • Support high-level management with SAP Business One HANA operations, reporting, and analysis.

  • Maintain and ensure data integrity within SAP B1 HANA, providing accurate and actionable insights.

  • Configure and customize SAP B1 HANA modules (financials, sales, purchasing, inventory) to align with business requirements.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend practical SAP solutions to optimize operations.

  • Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and provide expert guidance for management-level decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance ERP efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One HANA.

    • Proven experience in procurement, manufacturing, or related ERP operations.

    • Relevant SAP B1 HANA certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate) preferred.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

    • Fluent in Turkish and English (verbal and written) preferred.
