Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support

Analyze business processes and translate accounting and finance requirements into ERP solutions

Configure and implement Accounting, Finance, Invoicing, Taxation, Budgeting, and Reporting modules.

Work closely with clients to understand statutory, compliance, and financial reporting needs

Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration

Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals

Conduct user training, UAT, and knowledge transfer sessions

Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations

Desired Candidate Profile

4+ years of experience in ERP implementation with a strong focus on Accounts & Finance

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, and Commerce.

Functional knowledge of related modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Payroll

strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (preferred) or other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, etc.

  1. Excellent knowledge of:

    • Financial Accounting

    • Accounts Payable & Receivable

    • General Ledger

    • Taxation (GST / VAT / statutory compliance)

    • Financial Reporting & MIS

      Functional knowledge of related modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Payro
