Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Capita Technologies is currently looking for an SAP BPT & Cloud Application Consultant to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
As an SAP BTP Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud & SAP BRP functionalities, a passion for technology, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 8+ years
Strong experience in SAP BTP and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
Hands-on experience with developing applications using Node.js, Java, and SAP HANA
Expertise in OData Services, REST APIs, and CDS (Core Data Services) modeling
Design and implement data models and services using SAP HANA and SQL.
Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Cloud Foundry
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of HANA queries.
Experience in security implementation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms in SAP BTP applications
Experience in deploying and managing applications on SAP BTP environments
Experience using SAP HANA tooling (Database Explorer, HANA Cockpit).
Develop and implement solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, build, and integrate applications, data, and processes on SAP BTP.
Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAP BTP projects.
Stay current with SAP BTP developments and trends, advising the team on best practices.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members. At least 8 years of experience as an SAP consultant, with a significant focus on SAP BTP.
Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
SAP BTP Certification.
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and related technologies.
Experience in DevOps practices and tools on SAP BTP.
Knowledge of integration patterns and practices with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Experience in cloud development languages such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
