Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders into detailed functional specifications for SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and configure SAP solutions, focusing on modules relevant to the business, and conduct thorough testing to validate functionality and user acceptance.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with end-users and IT teams to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide training on SAP functionalities.
- Analyze existing business processes in Arabic-speaking regions, identify areas for improvement, and propose SAP-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the SAP system accurately reflects business needs and performs as expected.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve SAP-related problems for Arabic-speaking users.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and configuration guides, in both Arabic and English.
- Bridge the communication gap between business users and the technical development team, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on the SAP system and business processes, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to the Middle Eastern market, to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or HR, with a deep understanding of their business application.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the MENA region.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in Arabic and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience in conducting SAP system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to map them to SAP functionalities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management.
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
