Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support change management, communication & engagement activities
Assist in stakeholder mapping, impact & readiness assessments
Prepare communication materials, training content & user guides
Track adoption, feedback, and program progress
Requirements:
3 6 years of experience in change management / HR transformation
Experience in ERP/HRIS systems (SAP is a plus)
Strong communication, writing & analytical skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
