Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all SAP implementation activities across departments to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between internal stakeholders and the SAP implementation partner.
  • Collect, validate, and prepare master data for migration to SAP.
  • Assist in mapping current business processes and workflows to SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, HR, etc.).
  • Support in preparing functional requirements, documentation, and system configuration feedback.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track and monitor project progress, issues, risks, and deliverables; provide regular updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate SAP documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, training materials, and process manuals.
  • Follow up on system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution with consultants.
  • Provide SAP support to users during the go-live phase and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in SAP coordination, ERP project support, or similar roles.
  • Working knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR); familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in ERP implementation cycles, including testing, data migration, documentation, and training coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or food production environments is a plus.
