Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
The SAP Data Entry Specialist is responsible for managing accurate and timely data entry within the SAP system, ensuring all information related to purchasing, inventory, materials, and project operations is properly recorded and maintained. The role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid understanding of SAP processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, verify, and update data in SAP related to materials, purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all SAP modules.
• Generate, review, and share SAP reports as required by management or relevant departments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
• Identify and correct any data errors or inconsistencies in coordination with relevant departments.
• Support internal audits and provide required SAP documentation when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data entry and information management standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SAP data entry or ERP system operations (preferably in an industrial or construction environment).
• Strong computer skills, especially in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
