SAP Delivery Leader – Transformation & Cloud Programs

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Leader to drive large-scale digital transformation programs across SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA migrations, cloud adoption via RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP innovation initiatives. The role requires end-to-end ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and program governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, upgrades, and cloud migrations)

• Manage multi-country, multi-vendor programs with budgets, timelines, and quality control

• Define delivery frameworks, governance models, and execution strategy

2. S/4HANA & Transformation Programs

• Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield, Greenfield, Hybrid)

• Lead system upgrades and landscape transformations

• Ensure alignment with business objectives and value realization

3. RISE with SAP & Cloud Adoption

• Lead implementation of RISE with SAP engagements (Private/Public Cloud)

• Coordinate hyperscaler integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Manage infrastructure transition, SLAs, and cloud governance

4. SAP BTP Strategy & Execution

• Drive adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• Oversee extension development, integrations, and data management (Integration Suite, CAP, Fiori, etc.)

• Promote clean core strategy and side-by-side extensibility

5. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Engage with CXOs and business leaders

• Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation strategy

• Manage escalations, risks, and communication across stakeholders

6. Financial & Commercial Management

• Own P&L for delivery portfolio

• Ensure margin optimization and cost control

• Support pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning

7. Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Security)

• Drive performance, mentoring, and capability building

• Ensure resource planning and utilization
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles

• Proven experience in:

  • S/4HANA Migration Programs (multiple full-cycle implementations)

  • SAP Upgrades & Landscape Transformation

  • RISE with SAP engagements

  • SAP BTP (Integration, Extensions, Data & Analytics)

• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, and hybrid delivery models

• Experience managing large programs ($5M+ budgets)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
