Enterprise SAP Architect - RISE with SAP | Oil & Gas Transformation
Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
A leading energy organisation in the United Arab Emirates is undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and is looking to appoint an experienced Enterprise SAP Architect to play a key role in a large-scale RISE with SAP programme currently moving through blueprint phase.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders, transformation leadership, and a leading global System Integrator to ensure the programme is scalable, integrated, and aligned to business objectives.
Minimum Requirements/Criteria
• Must have 10-15+ years overall experience
• 5+ years experience as an Enterprise SAP Architect
• MUST HAVE strong RISE Methodolgy/RISE Implementation experience
• MUST HAVE SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• MUST HAVE Oil & Gas/Energy industry experience (non-negotiable)
• Enterprise integration and architecture governance experience
• Strong business-facing and stakeholder management capability
• Experience working alongside global System Integrators
• Local regional experience in Middle East/United Arab Emirates experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise SAP architecture across a major S/4HANA programme
• Drive governance and oversight for a RISE with SAP implementation
• Oversee integration across multiple SAP workstreams
• Challenge and audit SI architecture decisions and delivery quality
• Work across functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
• Support enterprise-wide transformation, integration, data migration, and security initiatives
