Role & responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level ERP functional support to end-users across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations modules.
• Analyze and resolve ERP system issues, escalating to technical teams or vendors as needed.
• Work closely with business units to gather requirements and implement functional configurations or enhancements.
• Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and patch management to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Develop user manuals, guides, and provide training to improve user adoption and system utilization.
• Collaborate with ERP technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications.
• Participate in ERP improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to enhance business efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data integrity standards, and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or

related field.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ERP functional support roles (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance, HR, procurement, and supply chain.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and ERP configuration.
• Knowledge of ERP reporting tools and data analysis is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT teams in a fast-paced environment

Professional ERP-related certifications are an added advantage
