Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

An SAP EWM Consultant would be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module. Role focuses on optimizing complex warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management at a detailed level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing client's business requirements for warehouse management.

• Designing and configuring the SAP EWM module (Inbound Delivery Processing, Outbound Delivery Processing, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory, Yard Management, etc.).

• Performing system testing, creating test scenarios, and executing test plans.

• Providing end-user training and developing comprehensive user documentation.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP EWM processes.

• Supporting system upgrades and implementing enhancements.

• Integrating SAP EWM with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, LE).

• Keeping up to date with the latest SAP EWM features and warehouse logistics, the best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with various EWM functionalities and configuration.

• Experience with integration of EWM with other SAP modules and external systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with warehouse operations teams and IT professionals.

• SAP EWM certification is highly desirable
