As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping businesses optimize their financial operations using SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining financial processes, ensuring compliance, and improving financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design solutions that leverage SAP systems to enhance organizational efficiency. This position requires a combination of technical and functional SAP expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex systems to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for customizing and configuring SAP FICO modules, leading projects, and providing support to ensure smooth operation and integration of financial systems.

• Analyze and understand business requirements to customize SAP FICO modules effectively.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities and capabilities to stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance system adoption.
• Perform data migration from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy system enhancements or new features.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements within SAP FICO.
• Resolve issues and provide support to end-users on SAP FICO related queries.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP FICO processes and configurations.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead project teams to deliver SAP FICO projects within set timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong track record.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, features, and functionalities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead workshops and presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with SAP data migration and system integration projects is required.
• Strong teamwork capabilities with a results-driven mindset are necessary.
